摘要
针对特种纸吨纸耗水量大、中水回用难度高的特点,采用纤维过滤器-超滤-活性炭-反渗透工艺进行处理。实际运行结果表明,出水浊度≤0.5 NTU,电导率≤100μS/cm,总悬浮固形物未检出,COD≤20 mg/L,水质满足特种纸生产的需要,正常运行费用2.62元/m^3。中水回用率达到80%,纸机生产和纸制品质量不受影响。
The technology of fiber filter-ultrafiltration-activated carbon-reverse osmosis Was adopted to treat special papermaking wastewater for the characteristics of large water consumption and difficult reclaimed water reuse. The practical run results showed that, the turbidity, conductivity and COD of effluent were less than 0.5 NTU, 100 μS/cm and 20 mg/L respectively. Total suspended solids were not checked out, and the water quality meet the special paper production requirement. Meanwhile the normal operation cost was 2.62 yuan/m3, the rate of the waste water reuse was up to 80%, and production of paper machine and quality of paper products have not affected.
