摘要
针对某项目重力式无阀滤池在使用阶段出现的反冲洗水量较低、滤料堵塞严重、反冲洗频率较高、出水水质较差等问题进行了分析,采用沿进水U型管挖土的检查方案,并结合理论分析了原因。结果发现,原因系施工人员对重力式无阀滤池的运行机理不了解,缩短了进水管U型的长度,导致其未达到设计标高。经施工单位按设计要求整改后,重力式无阀滤池运行恢复正常。可供遇此类问题的工程技术人员参考,以便及时排除故障。
The problems of small backwash water volume, serious filter clogging, high frequent backwashing and low effluent quality of gravity valveless filter in usage phase were analyzed. The reason was researched by inspection program of excavation along the inlet U-tube combined with theory. The results showed that, the constructors did not understand the operational mechanism of the gravity valveless filter, and cut down the length of the inlet U-tube, which not reached the design elevation. After reforming by construction units based on design requirement, the operation of the gravity valveless filter returned to normal. This paper provides a reference to the engineering technicians for such problems and timely troubleshooting.
