摘要
由于GIS设备的全封闭设计,可能出现辅助接点及现场显示分合成功,但实际触头分合不到位的情况,造成相当大的经济损失和严重的社会影响。断路器在每次分合闸过程中,线圈电流随时间变化,其变化波形蕴藏着包含电磁铁本身、所控制锁扣、传动机构在操动过程中的工作情况等一系列重要信息。通过传感器测量分合闸操作时分合闸线圈的电流信号,然后提取电流波形特征量进行故障诊断,可以为判断GIS操动机构的状态,确认分合闸的到位提供重要的依据。
Because of fully enclosed GIS design, despite of possible appearance of auxiliary contacts and on-site display of successful breaking and closing, contacts are not really broken and closed in position, thus resulting in considerable economic loss and serious social impact. During each breaking/closing of the circuit breaker, coil current changes with time and its waveform contains a series of important information about working conditions of the electromagnet itself, lock catch under control and transmission mechanism in the operational process. Current signal of the breaking-closing coil is measured in the sensor during breaking-closing operation before characteristic quantity of current waveform is extracted for the purpose of fault diagnosis so that important reference can be provided for judgment of the status of GIS operating mechanism and for confirmation of orderly breaking and closing operation.
