摘要
基于全球能源的利用和技术研究现状,探索了全球能源互联网(Global Energy Interconnection,简称GEI)的概念、关键技术及发展趋势。首先,分析了全球能源供需矛盾的现状,阐述了GEI的基本特征、重要功能和研究进展。其次,建立了GEI能源供需模型和优化控制模型,给出了模型构成元素的具体含义,客观分析了可再生能源(Renewable Energy,简称RE)发电技术、智能电网技术、储能技术和信息技术等相关领域需要深入研究的内容。最后,合理预测了GEI未来的发展轨迹,从技术和政策两方面提出了GEI的发展建议。
Based on the status of research of global energy use and technology, this paper explores the concept, key technologies and development trend of the Global Energy Internet (GEI ). Firstly, it analyzes the current status of contradiction between supply and demand of global energy and expounds basic characteristics, important functions and research progress of GEI. Then, we establish a GEI energy supply and demand model as well as a model for optimal control, present specific meanings of model elements, and objectively analyze subjects for further research in related fields such as renewable energy (RE) power generation technology, smart grid technology, energy storage technology and information technology. Finally, future GEI development track is reasonably predicted, and suggestions for GEI development are given in the respects of technology and policy.
