偶联剂复配对棉杆皮纤维聚乳酸板材的影响

摘要 采用复配偶联剂改性处理棉杆皮纤维,再与聚乳酸(PLA)混炼制备阻燃复合板材,以进一步提高板材的力学强度。试验选用A171型硅烷偶联剂、KH550型硅烷偶联剂、TC114钛酸酯偶联剂两两进行复配,并对棉杆皮纤维进行改性处理。通过正交试验,得到偶联剂复配最优工艺条件为:KH550硅烷偶联剂与A171硅烷偶联剂复配、偶联剂总量3%、两种偶联剂比例1:1,所得复合板材的冲击强度、弯曲强度和拉伸强度均能达到最优,与未改性棉杆皮纤维的复合板材相比,各力学强度指标均有明显提高。 The cotton stalk bast fiber was modified by complex couple agent, which was then made into flame retardant composite plates by melt-blending with PLA to further reinforce the mechanical strength of the composite plates. In the experiment, the cotton stalk bast fiber was modified with couple agent that was compounded by two of the A171 silane coupling agent, the silane coupling agent KH550 type, and the titanate coupling agent TCl14 type. Through the orthogonal experiment analysis, the optimal process was as follows: to compound the A171 silane coupling agent and the silane coupling agent KH550 type, the dosage of cou- pling agent was 3%, the ratio of two kinds of coupling agent was 1 : 1. The impact strength, bending strength and tensile strength of composite plates were able to achieve the optimal. Compared to the unmodified plates, each index of mechanical strength improved dramatically.
