摘要
铬革屑稳定化后可以有效减少铬污染。本文以Ca(OH)_2作为稳定剂,通过正交实验探究各种因素,如Ca(OH)_2用量、温度、恒温时间、加水量等对铬革屑的稳定化效果的影响。通过检测浸出液中Cr(Ⅵ)和Cr(Ⅲ)含量,确定稳定化效果。实验表明:在Ca(OH)_2用量为4%、灼烧温度为300℃、灼烧时间为45 min、加水量为70%时,铬革屑的稳定化效果最好。铬革屑的减少量为13.2%。
Stabilization of chrome shavings can effectively reduce chrome pollution. In this study, Ca (OH)2 was used as stabilizer. Orthogonal experiments were used to investigate the effects of various factors on the stability of chrome shavings, such as Ca (OH)2 dosage, temperature, constant temperature time and water content. We determined the stabilization effect by detecting the leaching solution of Cr (Ⅵ) and Cr (Ⅲ) content. The optimum condition is as follows: the usage of Ca (OH)2 is 4%(based on the dry weight of chrome shavings), H2O is 70%, the ignition temperature is 300℃ and the reaction time is 45min, the stabilizing effect of chrome shavings is the best.meanwhile,simultaneously,the mass of leather shavings was reduced by 13.2%.
