摘要
目的探讨前列地尔注射液对原发性高血压合并动脉粥样硬化患者血T细胞亚群、炎性因子及氧化应激水平的影响。方法选取2014年12月至2016年12月河北医科大学第三医院收治的90例原发性高血压合并动脉粥样硬化患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法将入选患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各45例。对照组患者采取常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上加用前列地尔注射液。比较两组患者T细胞亚群、炎性因子及氧化应激因子水平。结果治疗后,观察组患者肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、白介素(interleukin,IL)-6、IL-8、丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)、晚期氧化蛋白产物(advanced oxidation protein products,AOPP)、辅助性T细胞17(T help cell 17,Th17)、Th17/调节性T细胞(regulatory T cells,Treg)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05),谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathione peroxidase,GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)、Treg水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论前列地尔有助于调节原发性高血压合并动脉粥样硬化患者外周血T细胞亚群结构,抑制炎性因子活化,降低氧化应激水平。
Objective To investigate the effect of Alprostadil injection on T cell subsets in peripheral blood of patients with essential hypertension combined with atherosclerosis, inflammatory cytokines and oxidative stress. Method 90 patients with essential hypertension combined with atherosclerosis from December 2014 to December 2016 in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Hebei Medical University were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, control group patients were treated with conventional therapy, observation group patients were given alprostadil injection based on the basis of the control group. Levels of T cell subsets, inflammatory factors, oxidative stress were compared between the two groups. Result After treatment, the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin (IL)-6, IL-8, malondialdehyde (MDA), advanced oxidation protein products (AOPP), T help cell 17 (Th17) and Th17/ regulatory T cells (Treg) of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group (P 〈 0.05), the levels of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and Treg of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Alprostadil can help to regulate the structure of peripheral T cell subsets in patients with essential hypertension combined with atherosclerosis, inhibit the activation of inflammatory factors and reduce the level of oxidative stress.
