摘要
知识产权文化建设是知识产权战略的基础工程,是创新型国家建设与知识产权强国建设的应有之义。我国遵从知识产权文化的发展规律,在坚持政府引导、协同发展、传承与吸纳相结合的思想下,我国知识产权文化建设已经从探索时期、发展时期进入战略时期,未来的任务是伴随着知识产权理论体系的形成,逐渐形成中国特色的知识产权文化理论体系。
The construction of intellectual property culture is the basic project of intellectual property strategy. It is also the proper meaning of the construction of innovation-oriented country and intellectual property power. China follows the law of development of intellectual property culture. Under the idea of government guidance, coordinated development, combination of inheritance and absorption, the construction of intellectual property culture in China has entered into the strategy period from the exploration period, the development period. The future task is gradually forming an intellectual property culture theory system with Chinese characteristics which follows the formation of intellectual property theory system.
