摘要
随着现代市场经济的不断发展,预算管理在物流企业中的作用越来越重要,文章在系统阐述预算管理的相关理论基础上,继而分析物流企业实行预算管理中存在的问题,并提出解决对策,以期提高物流企业市场竞争力,促进其快速发展。
With the continuous development of modern market economy, budget management plays a more and more important in the logistics enterprise, this thesis makes a systematic exposition of related theories of budget management, then analyses the problems in budget management of the logistics enterprises, and puts forward the countermeasures, in order to enhance market competitiveness of high logistics enterprises, promote its rapid development.
