摘要
目的探究针对腹部手术切口愈合不良患者应用湿性愈合治疗处置方法的临床价值。方法选取2014年2月—2016年11月到我院接受治疗的腹部手术切口愈合不良患者98例作研究对象,参照患者的手术时间次序随机将其划分为研究组和对照组,每组49例,对照组患者实施干性愈合治疗处置,研究组患者实施湿性愈合治疗处置,观察比较两组患者的临床治疗有效率、临床治疗持续时间,以及平均换药处置次数。结果研究组患者的临床治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的临床治疗持续时间和平均换药处置次数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对临床收治的腹部手术切口愈合不良患者实施湿性愈合治疗处置,相较实施干性愈合治疗处置,能够提升患者的临床治疗有效率,降低患者的临床治疗持续时间以及平均换药处置次数,优化患者在住院治疗过程中的生存质量。
Objective To explore the clinical value of treatment of wet healing with abdominal incisional healing. Methods A total of 98 patients with abdominal incision healed in our hospital from February 2014 to November 2016 were enrolled in this study. The patients were divided into study group and control group according to the order of operation time, The control group of patients with dry healing treatment treatment, the study group of patients with wet healing treatment treatment, observed and compared the two groups of patients with clinical treatment efficiency, clinical treatment duration, and the average number of dressing treatment. Results The clinical efficacy of the study group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The duration of clinical treatment and the average number of dressing treatments were lower in the study group than in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of wet healing in patients with abdominal incision healed in clinical treatment can improve the clinical treatment efficiency, reduce the duration of clinical treatment and the average number of dressing treatment, and optimize the treatment of dry healing treatment. The quality of life of patients during hospitalization.
