摘要
目的:探讨提前介入与延后退出护理模式在下肢大隐静脉曲张腔内激光治疗患者中的应用效果。方法:将98例下肢大隐静脉曲张腔内激光治疗患者随机分为观察组和对照组各49例,对照组接受手术室护士常规护理配合干预,观察组接受提前介入与延后退出护理模式干预,比较两组干预后护理安全感和护理效果。结果:观察组护理安全感和护理满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),手术相关性并发症发生率和负性情绪阳性率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:手术室护士采用提前介入与延后退出护理模式对腔内激光治疗下肢大隐静脉曲张手术患者实施护理干预,能够显著降低患者手术相关性并发症和负性情绪发生率,提高患者护理安全感和满意度。
Objective：To explore the application effect of early intervention and delayed exit nursing mode in patients with lower extremity varieosis of great saphenous vein cavity laser therapy. Methods ： A total of 98 cases of endovenous laser treatment for lower extremities varicose vein were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 49 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention of nurses in the operation room, while the observation group received early intervention and delayed exit nursing intervention mode. Nursing effects and nursing safety feeling were compared between two groups. Results：The observation group＇s nursing satisfaction rate and nursing safety feeling were significantly higher than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The incidence of surgical complications and negative emotion were significantly lower than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：The early intervention o and delayed exit nursing mode on endovenous laser treatment for varicose vein of lower extremities surgery patients, can significantly reduce the incidence of perioperative complications in patients with negative emotions and improve nursing safety and satisfaction.
