摘要
针对应用型本科院校物流管理专业人才培养与社会需求之间存在的矛盾,借鉴CDIO工程教学理念,从教学目标、教学内容、教学方式、考核方式等四个方面对《国际海运管理实务》课堂教学模式进行改革与创新。实践证明,基于CDIO理念的《国际海运管理实务》课堂教学模式对提升学生的创新与实践能力具有显著的效果。
The paper, in the light of the contradiction between logistics management professional talent training of the applied universities and social demand and based on CDIO engineering education concept, discusses the reform on the International Maritime Management Terms course in terms of teaching objective, content, mode and evaluation. Results show that such mode will definitely improve the students＇ innovative ability.
