摘要
目的:探讨多层螺旋CT在活动性菌阴肺结核诊断中的意义,通过CT观察患部影像特征,提高疾病的确诊率。方法:选取2015年1月到2015年12月于我院呼吸内科行活动性菌阴肺结核诊断的患者共80例,对其多层螺旋CT影像资料进行统计分析。结果:72例确诊为活动性菌阴肺结核,准确率90%,其中45例(62.5%)为树芽征,61例(84.72%)为腺泡结节,68例(94.44%)为磨玻璃影,25例(34.72%)为空洞;8例(10%)经诊断为非结核病,其中1例(12.5%)为树芽征,2例(25%)为腺泡结节,2例(25%)为磨玻璃影,2例(25%)为空洞。两组树芽征、腺泡结节及磨玻璃影诊断结果比较具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:多层螺旋CT在活动性菌阴肺结核诊断中能够准确发现树芽征、腺泡结节、磨玻璃影,从而提高疾病诊断准确率,对于尽早诊断及治疗肺结核及控制疫情传染具有重要意义。
Objective: To investigate the significance of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of active pulmonary tuberculosis, and to observe the imaging features of the patients with CT and to improve the diagnostic rate of the disease. Methods: A total of 80 patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 were selected and analyzed. The data were analyzed by using the data of multi-slice spiral CT. Results: 72 cases of activity of sputum negative pulmonary tuberculosis, the accuracy rate of 90%, among them 45 cases(62.5%) for tree in bud sign, 61 cases(84.72%) as acinar nodules, 68 cases(94.44%) ground glass opacity, 25 cases(34.72%) is empty; 8 cases(10%) was diagnosed as non tuberculosis, in 1 case(12.5%) for tree in bud sign, 2 cases(25%) as acinar nodules, 2 cases(25%) ground glass opacity, 2 cases(25%) is empty.Comparison of two groups of tree bud sign, alveolar nodule and ground glass shadow diagnosis was significantly different(P〈0.05). Conclusion: Multi-slice spiral CT in the activity of sputum negative pulmonary tuberculosis diagnosis can find the accurate tree in bud sign, alveolar nodules and ground glass opacity, so as to improve the diagnosis accuracy rate, for the early diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis and to control the epidemic infection has important significance.
