Mn^(2+)和卵磷脂对以植物秸秆为原料发酵生产乙醇的影响

Influence of Mn^(2+) and Lecithin on Fermentation Producing Ethanol with Plant Straw as Raw Materials

摘要 考察了不同浓度Mn^(2+)和卵磷脂对以玉米秸秆水解糖为原料发酵生产乙醇的影响。结果表明,在酵母发酵培养基中同时添加0.6 mmol/L Mn^(2+)和60 mg/L卵磷脂进行乙醇发酵,终点乙醇浓度可达15.46%(V/V),乙醇的得率达到49%。 The effects of different concentrations of Mn^2+ and lecithin on the Ethanol fermentation were investigated by using corn stalk as raw material. The results showed that 0.6 mmol/L Mn^2+ and 60 mg/L lecithin were added in the medium for ethanol fermentation,the final ethanol concentration was 15.46%(V/V)and the ethanol yield was 49%.
