摘要
总结现有残膜回收滚筒的形式结构,分析现有各种残膜回收滚筒的优缺点。提出气吸式残膜回收滚筒的工作原理、结构形式,对设计的气吸式残膜回收滚筒内的流体场用ANSYS的cfx模块进行流体场仿真。证明气吸式残膜回收方法的优点和可行性,具有良好的现实指导意义。分析气吸式残膜回收方法的可行性,为从事农机行业的工程技术人员提供参考。
Existing structure of residual film recovery roller were summarized,its advantages and disadvantages were also analyzed.The working principle and structure of air-suction residual film recovery roller was put forward,and then,fluid field in the roller was simulated by using cfx module in ANSYS.Advantages and feasibility of air-suction residual film recovery was verified and analyzed,which has practical guiding significance and can provide a reference for engineers and technicians engaged in agricultural machinery industry.
