摘要
以昆明市已建成和在建的旅游地产项目为研究对象,从宏观环境、企业实力和项目环境三个层次提出旅游地产项目的影响因素,并运用层次分析法确定关键成功因素。研究发现,项目宣传营销、项目运营服务、企业品牌形象、项目配套完善程度、项目定位是旅游地产项目的关键成功因素。
Concerning the existing and building tourism real estate projects in Kunming, lists the influencing factors from macroscopic environment, enterprise environment and project environment, and defines the critical success factors by AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process). The study shows that sales and promotion, operation and services, brand image of enterprise, related facilities of project, and product position are the critical success factors to tourism real estate projects
