摘要
目的研究米索前列醇经直肠用药联合缩宫素对剖宫产术后出血患者的止血效果。方法选取2013年1月至2016年1月于本院择期接受剖宫产手术的产妇84例作为研究对象，根据治疗方法的差异，将产妇分为观察组与对照组。观察组采用直肠内置入米索前列醇联合缩宫索进行治疗，对照组仅采用缩宫素进行治疗，观察两组止血效果。结果观察组总有效率为95．2％，显著高于对照组的78．6％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；两组手术时间差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；对照组术中出血量f（958．2±125．6）m1]和产后2h出血量[（81．3±13．1）ml]均显著大于观察组[（558．7±86．5）ml和（42．6±10．8）m1]，差异有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）；观察组并发症总发生率显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论采用缩宫素联合直肠米索前列腺醇对剖宫产患者具有十分显著的止血效果，且用药方法较为简单，值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of misoprostol combined with oxytocin in the treatment of hemorrhage after cesarean section. Methods 84 puerperae undergoing cesarean section at our hospital from January, 2013 to January, 2016 were selected as study objects and were divided into an observation group and a control group according to different treatment methods. The observation group rectally took misoprostol and were treated with oxytocin; and the control group were treated with oxytocin. The hemostatic effect was observed in both groups. Results The total effective rate was 95.2% in the observation group and was 78.6% in the control group, with a statistical difference （P 〈 0.05）. There was no statistical difference in operation time between these two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ） . The intraoperative bleeding volume and 2 h postpartum hemorrhage were （958.2±125.6） ml and （81.3±13.1）ml in the control group and were （558.7 ± 86.5） ml and （42.6±10.8） ml in the observation group, with statistical differences （all P 〈 0.05）. The incidence of complications was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group, with a statistical difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Oxytocin combined with rectal misoprostol has significant hemostatic effect for patients with cesarean section and is a relatively simple method, so it is worth being clinically generalized.
