摘要
职业暴露在医疗临床工作中时有发生,由于乙肝病毒、丙肝病毒、人类免疫缺陷病毒、梅毒螺旋体等,经血液传播疾病出现蔓延趋势,医务人员职业暴露风险日益增加。该文通过对2014年医院发生的38例职业暴露案例从科室分布、人员构成和暴露源情况进行统计分析,在做好暴露后局部处理及追踪处理的同时,充分剖析暴露原因,提出相应防护对策,从而减少职业暴露的危险性。
The occupational exposure often occurs in the medical clinical work, and the occupational exposure risk increasingly increases due to the spread trend of hepatitis B virus, Hepatitis C virus, human immunodeficiency virus and trypanosoma luis by blood transmitted diseases. The paper analyzes 38 cases with occupational exposure in our hospital in 2014 from the department distribution, staff composition and status of the exposed source, and we should do a good job in the local processing and tracing processing after exposure, fully analyze the exposure reasons and put forwards the corresponding preventive strategies thus reducing the risk of occupational exposure.
