中厚煤层工作面回采瓦斯预抽方案研究

摘要 兴旺煤矿21606工作面回采受上下邻近层瓦斯涌出影响较大,为降低邻近层瓦斯涌出影响。依据回采工作面上覆岩层瓦斯运移"上三带"和底板"下三带"结构特征,对比分析了布置顶板高抽巷或底板底抽巷实施穿层钻孔达到工作面安全回采的优劣;进一步,通过定量计算21606工作面上下邻近层瓦斯涌出量,并考虑到钻孔的工作量,优先选择了布置高抽巷穿层抽采,高抽巷距离16#煤层的法向距离13.8m、位于工作面倾向长度中心。现场采取实施75mm直径、终孔间距为1.8m的钻场实施工作面回采前瓦斯预抽,最终保证了21606运工作面的安全回采。 Xing-wang coal mine 21606 mining face are greatly influenced by upper and lower adjacent layer gas emission,gas emission effect to reduce the adjacent layer.Based on the actual mining strata on the surface of the gas migration on the "three zones" and "three zones" under the structure characteristics,comparison and analysis the arrangement of roof high alley pumping and drainage lane implementation layer of floor bottom drilling at the advantages and disadvantages of safety mining of mining face; Further, through the quantitative calculation of 21606 face gas emission and adjacerit layer,and given the heavy workload of drilling, priority arrangement high alley pumping wear layer extraction,high alley pumping from 16 # coal seam in the vertical distance of 13.8 re,is located in the working face length center. Take the implementation of 75 mm in diameter, hole spacing of 1.8 m gas drainage drilling field before the implementation of the mining face,finally to ensure the mining safely for 21606 working face.
