摘要
目的选择α-淀粉酶(Amy)常规测量系统的校准品。方法 IFCC Amy参考方法作为参考系统,用世纪沃德公司Amy试剂盒和Randox多项校准品分别做成常规系统A(用Roche PNPG7定标)、B(用Randox Liquid stable PNPG7定标),分别检测40份新鲜冰冻血清样本,验证常规系统的检测结果是否可接受。结果 IFCC Amy参考系统,与常规系统A和常规系统B相关方程分别为:Y=0.964X+0.376、Y=1.095X+3.131,其中X和Y分别代表IFCC参考方法和常规系统的测量结果。以IFCC参考方法为比较方法,常规系统A测量结果可接受。结论通过IFCC Amy参考方法,国内生化试剂选择合适校准品定标,可解决测量结果检测结果是否可接受问题。
Objective To select the calibrator for the conventional measurement system of serum α-Amylase( Amy). Methods The Amy levels of forty frozen serum samples were detected by the IFCC reference method( reference system),the conventional system A which used the Bioassay routine reagent and Randox calibrator,and was calibrated by the Roche PNPG7 method,and the conventional system B which used the Bioassay routine reagent and Randox calibrator,and was calibrated by the Rondox liquid stable PNPG7 method,respectively,and the acceptability of the two conventional systems was evaluated. Results The regression equations of the measurement values between the IFCC reference method and the conventional systems A and B were Y = 0. 964 X + 0. 376 and Y = 1. 095 X +3. 131,respectively. Among them,X and Y represented the results of the IFCC reference method and the conventional system,respectively. Compared with the IFCC reference method,the results of the conventional system A was reliable. Conclusion With the guidance of the IFCC reference method,the domestic biochemical reagents matched with the suitable calibrators may provide the acceptable results.
