摘要
在学前教育专业发展的新形势下,运用SWOT模型分析农村幼儿教师质量保障机制存在的内在优势和劣势以及所面临的外部机遇和威胁,针对我国目前农村幼儿教师质量保障机制存在的法律法规不健全、生源质量差、农村公共资源严重缺乏、供给严重失衡等外部威胁以及内部存在的培养质量层次低、专业化程度低、准入门槛过低、晋升转岗机会少等弱势环节,提出四种优化组合的策略以提高农村幼儿教师的质量。
in the preschool education professional development under the new situation,SWOT model analysis the rural preschool teachers’ strengths and weaknesses within the quality guarantee mechanism and the external opportunities and threats facing,according to the rural preschool teachers’ quality guarantee mechanism in our country existing laws and regulations is not sound,the poor quality of students,a serious lack of rural public resources,external threats such as supply imbalance,and the inner quality of low level,low degree of specialization,low barriers to entry,the less chance of promotion transfers such as weak link,put forward four kinds of optimization combination of strategies to improve the quality of the rural preschool teachers.
