摘要
基于UG及Virtools的农用拖拉机虚拟装配系统,首先采用UG完成了拖拉机的三维建模及装配模型,然后对虚拟装配过程中的碰撞检测等关键技术进行研究,最后利用Virtools软件完成农用拖拉机的虚拟装配系统开发。经过测试,本虚拟装配系统操作性强、代入感好,可应用在类似的工程机械设计验证及高校课程培训中。
The paper established the 3D model and assembly model of a farm tractor by using UG,researched the key technologies of collision detection in virtual assembly process, and finialy completed the development of the tractor virtual assembly system based on virtools software. The experiments prove that the virtual assembly system is easy to operate, can be used in engineering design verification and teaching activities in colleges and universities.
