摘要
以两种拖拉机分动箱为研究对象,计算了分动箱在前进挡、倒退挡两种工况下的强度、刚度。考虑分动箱箱体变形的影响,依照ISO 6336 Method B方法计算了传动轴齿轮齿根弯曲强度和齿面接触强度,探索了一种全新的校核齿轮强度的方法。
Two transfer cases of agricultural tractors were concerned with. Strength and stiffness of the two transfer cases were analyzed under forward and reverse conditions. Based on the case deformation,according to ISO6336 Method B,the gear strength of the shaft was calculated,and a new method checking the gears strength was attempted.
