摘要
灵活就业已成为劳动关系研究中的热点。对灵活就业问题进行研究综述有益于全面认识新常态下的劳动关系状况,探索出适合灵活就业过程中的劳动关系认定、劳动纠纷的处理、劳动用工管理等的有益途径,对相关法律规制提出建设性意见,为促进劳动关系的和谐、保障经济发展贡献力量。学者们基于政治经济学、古典经济学、新古典经济学、管理学等不同视角对灵活就业问题进行了研究,主要集中在劳动关系认定、用工管理、劳动纠纷三方面。
Flexible employment has become a hot spot in the study of labor relations. The research on the effect of flexible employment is beneficial to comprehensively and fully understand the status of labor relations under the new norm, explore a useful way for flexible employment in the process of determination of labor relations, labor disputes, labor management, legal regulation, to promote the harmonious labor relations, contribute to safeguard the healthy development of economic construction. Scholars have studied on the flexible employment problems based on different perspectives such as political economics and classical economics, new classical economics, management and so on, mainly concentrated in labor relations, recruitment management, and labor disputes.
