摘要
综述了光催化型、复合型及载有抗菌离子(银、铈及铜)的抗菌金属材料的特点,重点概述了含铜抗菌不锈钢的种类、制备工艺及发展应用状况,归纳了铜离子的抗菌机理、富铜相的形貌及结构、富铜相析出对耐蚀及力学性能的影响,最后讨论了当前研究中存在的主要问题,提出了未来研究和发展方向。
This paper reviews the characteristics of photocatalytic type, mixed mode and antimicrobial resistant materials containing antimicrobial ion ( silver, cerium and copper). The types, preparation technology and application of antibacterial stainless steel containing copper were mainly summarized. The antibacterial mechanism of copper ion, the morphology and structure of copper rich phase and the effect of copper rich phase precipitation on corrosion resistance and mechanical properties were induced. The main problems in the current research were discussed, and the future research and development directions were put forward.
