摘要
目的研究速眠新复合麻醉在实验动物内镜治疗中的麻醉效果。方法 2014年4月至2016年6月行内镜下食管抗反流瓣成形术健康家犬31只,雌雄不限,体重10~15 kg。随机分成速眠新组(Ⅰ组,n=15只)及速眠新联合丙泊酚复合麻醉组(Ⅱ组,n=16只)。比较两组家犬麻醉效果优良率,显效时间和维持时间,麻醉前和麻醉后家犬呼吸频率和心率的差异。结果Ⅱ组相较于Ⅰ组麻醉效果优良率更高,P〈0.05;Ⅱ组相较于Ⅰ组显效时间更短,维持时间更长,P〈0.05;麻醉前两组呼吸频率和心率相似,P〉0.05;麻醉后Ⅱ组相较于Ⅰ组呼吸频率和心率变化幅度更低,生命体征更平稳,P〈0.05。结论速眠新复合麻醉在实验动物内镜治疗中的麻醉效果确切,起效快且维持时间长,可有效维持术中生命体征平稳,确保呼吸节律整齐,心跳均匀有力,值得推广应用。
Objective To study the anesthetic effect of the Sumianxin compound anesthesia in the endoscopic treatment of the experimental animals.Methods During June 2014 and April 2016, the 31 healthy dogs received endoscopic esophageal anti reflux valve angioplasty in our hospital, male and female, weight from 10 to 15kg, were enrolled as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into Sumianxin group (group Ⅰ, n = 15) and the Sumianxin combined with propofol anesthesia group (group Ⅱ, n = 16). Compared the excellent and good rate, effective time and maintenance time of two groups, and the differences of respiratory rate and heart rate both before and after anesthesia.Results Anesthesia excellent and rate in Ⅱ group was higher than that of 1 group, P〈0.05. Compared with I group, effective time in Ⅱ group were markedly shorter, and the duration was longer (P〈0.05). Before anesthesia, respiratory rate and heart rate of the two groups were similar (P〉0.05). However, after anesthesia the change amplitude of respiratory frequency and heart rate in II group is lower compared with I group, performed more stable vital signs ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions The effect of Sumianxin combined anesthesia in experimental animal endoscopic therapy is exact, fast and with long maintenance time, it can effectively maintain stable vital signs in the operation to ensure the respiratory rhythm and the uniform and powerful heartbeat, it is worthy of popularization and application.
