摘要 以杂醇油、0#柴油为原料制备了BM煤泥浮选复合药剂。通过正交试验确定了最佳药剂制备条件,并用BM复合药剂与常规浮选药剂做浮选对比试验,试验结果表明:药剂最佳制备条件为0#柴油与杂醇油配比为5∶1,乳化剂司班-80用量为杂醇油质量的5%,反应温度为60℃,时间为90 min;BM复合药剂最优用量为2.0 kg/t,比同样用量的0#柴油的精煤产率高0.41%,可燃体回收率高0.83%,浮选完善指标高1.31%,说明BM煤泥浮选复合药剂具有较好的浮选效果,有着良好的应用前景。 The BM compound flotation agent is prepared using fusel oil and 0# diesel oil as raw material under an optimum preparation condition determined through orthogonal experiment. Comparison with other agents normally used indicates that: a best result can be expected when the agent is prepared with 0# diesel and fusel oil in a ratio of 5: 1, an addition of Span -80 in a dosage of 5% of fusel oil (by weight), a reaction temperature of 60℃ and a reaction time of 90 minutes; at an optimal dosage of 2.0 kg/t, the flotation concentrate , recovery of combustible matter and flotation perfection index are 0.41% , 0.83% and 1.31% respectively than in the case when 0# diesel is used at the same dosage, well demonstrating the remarkable effect of the agent and its promising future for popularization.
