依据国家《关于公布首批重点监管的危险化工工艺目录的通知》,必须对氯化反应设计紧急停车系统。本文针对一套氯化反应的集散系统和紧急停车系统方案的设计及其实现加以了说明。
According to the notification of directory of the first batch of danger chemical process＇ s key supervision from national, we should design a set of safety interlocking system for Chlorination reaction. Design and achievement of a set of DCS and ESD for Chlorination reaction is introduced in this article.
