摘要
目的探讨术前正确深呼吸及咳嗽训练预防开胸手术肺部并发症的效果。方法选取2015年5月至2016年5月我院收治的260例行开胸手术患者为研究对象,随机抽取130例组为对照组给予术前常规护理,另130例为研究组,在对照组基础上行正确深呼吸及咳嗽训练,对比两组患者肺部并发症发生情况及临床效果。结果研究组的肺部并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的护理满意度、住院时间均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论开胸手术患者术前经正确深呼吸及咳嗽训练,能有效预防肺部并发症,满足其护理需求,缩短其住院时间,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of correct preoperative deep breath and cough training on prevention thoracic surgery pulmonary complications. Methods Two hundred and sixty cases of patients with open chest surgery from May 2015 to May 2016 in our hospital were selected as research objects. One hundred and thirty cases were randomly selected as control group, which were given routine preoperative nursing. The other 130 cases were selected as research group, which received correct deep breath and cough training on the basis of the control group. The incidence of pulmonary complicatioms and the clinical effect were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence rate of pulmonary complications of the research group was lower than that of the control group （P 〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction, hospitalization time of the research group were better than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion With preoperative correct deep breathing and coughing exercise, patients with open chest surgery can effectively prevent pulmonary complications, meet their care needs, shorten their hospital stay, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
