摘要
目的探讨老年糖尿病患者低血糖症的临床特点,并提出预防措施。方法随机选取本院2015年5月至2016年5月收治的老年糖尿病低血糖症患者58例,对患者治疗前、后相关指标进行跟踪性记录,分析低血糖症状的发生原因及预防方法。结果 58例患者中,28例因过量服用降血糖药物而出现低血糖症状,17例因进食数量少而引发低血糖,剩下13例因糖尿病并发症导致。系统治疗后,所有患者病症皆得到了有效调整,其中57例明显好转,好转率为98.27%,另外1例因未能遵从医嘱积极治疗而出现短暂性昏迷,但未危及生命。结论导致老年糖尿病患者低血糖症的原因众多,为了降低患者低血糖疾病,应以预防为主,要科学认知低血糖症的危害,均衡摄入饮食,并时刻检测血糖。
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of hypoglycemia in senile diabetes mellitus patients and explore the preventive measures. Methods Fifty-eight cases of patients with senile diabetes mellitus hypoglycemia who admitted in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were randomly selected. Before and after the treatment, the relevant indicators of patients were tracked. The causes and prevention methods of hypoglycemia symptoms were analyzed. Results Of the 58 patients, there were 28 cases of hypoglycemia due to excessive use of hypoglycemic drugs, 17 cases of hypoglycemia caused by a small amount of food intake, and the remaining 13 cases were caused by diabetic complications. After treatment, all the patients were effectively adjusted. Among them, 57 cases were significantly improved, the improvement rate was 98.27%, and the other 1 case failed to follow the doctor＇s advice and treatment of temporary coma, but that is not life-threatening. Conclusion There are many causes of hypoglycemia in senile diabetes mellitus patients. In order to reduce patients with hypoglycemia disease, we should base on prevention, have scientific understanding of the harm of hypoglycemia, balance intake of diet and always detect blood glucose.
