摘要
通过拉伸性能对比、金相组织观察、并结合断口形貌分析,研究P92超超临界钢的热处理工艺。研究结果表明:在200℃~700℃内,随回火温度升高,抗拉强度逐渐降低,塑性逐渐升高;在700℃~900℃内,随回火温度升高,抗拉强度逐渐升高,塑性逐渐下降。基于静态韧度考虑,在AC1以下的温度范围内,最佳的回火温度为700℃。
The heat treatment technology of P92 steel is studied by comparison of the tension properties, observation of the metallurgical structures and the fracture topographies analysis. It is shown that the ultimate tensile strength decreases and the ductility increases with the tempering temperature increasing in the range of 200 ℃ -700 ℃ , and the change reverses when the tempering temperature is in the range of 700 - 900 ℃ . The optimal tempering temperature for P92 steel is 700 ℃ in consideration of the static toughness when it is tempered below Ac1.
