摘要
目的:研究影响急性脑梗死(ACI)患者血压变异性(BPV)的具体因素及其与患者预后的关联。方法:以我院2015年4月至2016年4月收治的129例急性脑梗死患者为研究对象。入院后监测血压,并于入院时、发病14 d及90 d时分别予以脑卒中评分,同时运用Logistic回归分析ACI患者BPV的影响因素,Pearson分析BPV与ACI患者预后的相关性。结果:性别、年龄、高血压病史、糖尿病并发症、心肌梗死合并症、是否吸烟及吸烟周期分别为影响ACI患者BPV的重要因素(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:ACI患者BPV与性别、年龄、高血压病史等多种因素有关,采取相关措施降低异常BPV有利于改善预后。
Objective： To investigate the specific factors affecting the blood pressure variability（BPV） in patients with acute cerebral infarction （ACI） and its correlation with the prognosis. Methods： 129 patients with ACI in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2016 were studied. Blood pressure was monitored after admission, and stroke score was assessed at admission, and in 14 days and 90 days after onset. Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors affecting of BPV; Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between BPV and the prognosis of ACI patients. Results： The analysis showed that gender, age, history of hypertension, suffering from diabetes, complicating with myocardial infarction, and smoking history were the important factors affecting BPV in patients with ACI （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： The BPV of ACI patients is related to many factors, such as gender, age and history of hypertension. Taking measures to reduce abnormal BPV is helpful to improve the prognosis of patients.
