摘要
福建省是山洪灾害的易发区和多发区,具有发生频率高、影响范围广和灾害损失重等特点。因此,福建省气象局近年来也建设了不少的山洪自动站,来加强山洪地区的气象信息监测。本文提出一种基于北斗平台的山洪气象信息保障传输系统,能够及时地将山洪自动站的气象信息传输至省级业务系统,特别是GPRS网络不易达到的地方,也可与山洪自动站的GPRS链路并行传输气象数据,形成互备。
Fujian province is a frequent and easily occurrence area of mountain torrents with high frequency, wide scope of in- fluence, and heavy loss, etc. Therefore, the Fujian Provincial Meteorological Service has built a lot of flash flood automatic stations in recent years to strengthen the monitoring of meteorological information. In this paper, the flash flood meteorological information transmission system based on Beidou is presented. The system can transmit the meteorological information of flash flood automatic stations to the provincial business system in time; especially can be used in the areas without GPRS network. It can also transmit me- teorological data parallel with the flash flood automatic station＇ s GPRS link, back-up to each other.
