摘要
随着老龄化社会的迅速到来,老龄化问题层出不穷,对我国的养老保障体系平稳运行和社会经济发展产生了不小的冲击。结合国外先进地区的经验,深入分析我国老年人口人力资源及开发利用现状,找到制约"银色人才"资源开发利用的因素,提出切实有效的建议。
With the rapid arrival of aging society , different aging problems are arising endless- ly, which has great impact on the steady development of China' s pension system and its economy. Combining with the experience of the advanced foreign regions, this paper tries to analyze China's current situation of elderly human resources and its utilization, puts forward the factors restricting sil- ver talent resource development, and puts forward some effective Suggestions.
