摘要
分析了壳聚糖的抗菌性和抗菌机理,列举了几种因素对壳聚糖抗菌活性的影响,着重阐述了不同分子量的壳聚糖的抗菌活性的差异。
The antibacterial activity of chitosan is introduced, at the same time, the antibacterial mechanism and effect factors are analyzed simply, the difference among the antibacterial activity of chitosans with different molecular weights is expounded.
