摘要
目的了解实习期医学生锐器伤、艾滋病职业暴露相关知识与职业暴露风险情况。方法选取山东省2所医学院校的在三甲医院实习的医学生为研究对象。以宿舍为单位随机抽取实习医学生496名进行自填式问卷调查。结果有效问卷463份。60.7%的研究对象报告被医疗器械或器皿刺破过皮肤。3.5%的研究对象报告有艾滋病职业暴露史。艾滋病职业暴露与防护知识全部答对率为0.2%。436名(94.2%)研究对象希望学校增加艾滋病教育课程,75.2%的研究对象最希望获得的知识为职业防护。检验专业锐器伤低于临床(OR=0.447,95%CI为0.254~0.789)、口腔专业锐器伤高于临床专业(OR=1.884,95%CI为1.027~3.456),职业暴露防护知识得分高,与锐器伤有统计学关联(OR=1.894,95%CI为1.274~2.816)。结论实习期医学生艾滋病职业暴露相关知识认知率低,职业暴露风险高,急需加强教育,提高AIDS/HIV相关职业防护技能。
Objective To describe sharpen injury, knowledge and risk of acquired immune deficiency syndrome（AIDS） occupational exposure among internship medical students. Methods The medical students of two medical colleges in Shandong Province were selected as the research subjects. Questionnaire surveys were conducted among 496 medical internship students recruited by the cluster sampling method. Results A total of 459 valid questionnaires were conducted. Totally 60.7% of the participants reported that their skin was pierced by medical equipment or utensils, and 3.5%of the participants reported that their skin was pierced by medical equipment or utensils with human immunodeficiency virus（HIV）. One participant（0.2%） got all the correct answers to the questions on knowledge of AIDS occupational exposure. A total of 436 participants（94.2%） thought that the school should add AIDS education courses and 75.2% of them reported that the knowledge they need most was the prevention of AIDS occupational exposure. The sharpen injury rate of oral professional students was higher than that of clinical professional students（OR： 1.884; 95%CI： 1.027-3.456）. The sharp injury rate of laboratory medicine professional students was lower than that of clinical professional students（OR： 0.447; 95%CI： 0.254-0.789）. The high score of occupational exposure protection knowledge was associated with the sharp injury rate（OR： 1.894; 95%CI： 1.274-2.816）. Conclusion The knowledge of AIDS occupational exposure is lack and the risk of occupational exposure is high among the medical students in the internship period. Therefore, the related health education should be strengthened to improve the AIDS/HIV related occupational protection skills.
