摘要
将颗粒活性炭动态处理方式引入清香型白酒除浊工艺,发现:颗粒活性炭动态工艺处理酒样在感官品评、酒体成分保留与降低成本等方面均有较好的表现。
Granular activated carbon was introduced dynamically into the process of turbidity elimination in Fen flavor liquor. It was found that the above method showed better performance in aspects such as sensory evaluation, liquor component preservation and cost reducing.
