杆式动能弹侵彻参数优化设计与仿真 被引量:1

摘要 为了解决杆式弹初速度、弹体密度以及着靶倾角对弹体侵彻移动靶板侵彻性能的影响,寻找出弹体侵彻性能最优时的参数组合,利用正交试验原理建立了9种不同的正交方案,通过ANSYS/AUTODYN有限元软件针对这9种不同参数进行有限元数值模拟,根据穿甲效应原理选取弹体速度损失率和偏转角为试验指标,采用灰色关联原理分析了杆式弹初速度、弹体密度等动能弹参数对试验指标的影响关联程度,并对其进行优化,得出了以单项试验指标和多项试验指标为优化目的的参数组合;优化结果表明:动能弹参数初速度为1 300 m/s,弹体密度为18.6 g/cm3,着靶倾角为0°时杆式弹速度损失率可降低8%~91%,弹轴偏转角可减少27.8%~87.1%,贯穿移动靶板的性能最好。 In order to solve the penetration performance on penetrating the moving target plate of the rod projectile initial velocity,density,and inclination and then to get the optimal combination of parameters,this paper designed and simulated by ANSYS / AUTODYN 9 different programs by orthogonal test method.Using gray correlation theory,we analyzed association of the rod projectile initial velocity,density,etc. and the test indicators such as the velocity loss rate of projectile and the bomb-axis deflection angle according to the principle of armor piercing effect optimized the parameters and drew the number of parameter combinations for the purpose of a single test indicator and number of test indicators. The optimization results show when the rod projectile initial velocity is 1 300 m / s,the density is 18. 6 g / cm3 and when the inclination is 0°,the velocity loss rate of rod projectile is reduced to 8% ~ 91%,and the bomb-axis deflection angle is decreased to 27. 8% ~ 87. 1% and performance is best through running target board.
