摘要
目的:研究高频超声对婴幼儿先天性髋关节脱位及髋关节发育不良诊断中的临床价值。方法:选择进行髋筛超声检查的6月龄内婴幼儿160例,所有婴幼儿均行Graf法髋关节超声检查,按照高频超声测量所得的α角和β角对婴幼儿的髋关节进行形态学评估,观察先天性髋关节脱位及髋关节发育的发生情况。结果:高频超声诊断髋关节发育性异常的准确率为100.00%;髋关节发育性异常女性的发生率为8.00%(6/75),高于男性的2.35%(2/85)(P<0.05),左侧关节发生率为7.05%(11/156),高于右侧的1.86%(3/162)(P<0.05)。结论:高频超声对婴幼儿先天性髋关节脱位及髋关节发育不良具有较高的诊断准确率,可以为髋关节发育性异常的早期筛查提供早期、准确以及全面的影像学参考依据,具有重要的临床意义。
Objective： To study the diagnostic value of high frequency ultrasound for infants with hip congenital dislocation and developmental dysplasia. Methods： 160 enrolled 6 -month infants accepted ultrasonic hip joint examination with Graf, and the morphology evaluation of the hip joint was conducted by reference to the measurement of the α angle and β angle with high frequency ultrasound. The occurrence of congenital dislo- cation of the hip and the development of the hip joint was observed. Results： The accuracy of hip development dysplasia with high frequency ultra- sound was 100.00%. The incidence of hip joint developmental dysplasia in female infants （ 8.00 % ） was higher than that in nude infants （2.35 % ） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The incidence of left hip joint developmental dysplasia （7.05 % ） was higher than that at right （ 1.86 % ） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The high frequency ultrasound possesses important curative significance for infants with hip congenital dislocation and devel- opmental dysplasia, with high diagnostic accuracy, which can provide early, accurate and comprehensive imaging reference for early screening of developmental dysplasia of the hip.
