摘要
超高温灭菌设备均设有背压阀,其主要作用是调节系统的压力,使管路内部压力增加,使温度达到100℃以上,保证料液在规定的时间内得到有效灭菌,从而保证产品的质量。针对背压阀的种类、工作原理、选择、容易出现的问题和解决方法进行阐述,为超高温灭菌设备正常工作提供保证。
UHT machine has a back pressure valve,which can regulate pressure of system,increase pressure in pipeline to improve product temperature above 100 ℃ and make the material liquid effective sterilization within the prescribed time and heating temperature range,to ensure the quality of the products. The types, working principle, choice and problems liable to arise and solution of the back pressure valve were analyzed,so as to ensure the normal operation of the ultra-high temperature sterilization equipment.
