摘要
目的探讨综合模拟实训在内科护理教学中的应用效果。方法优选综合模拟实训项目,基于工作过程进阶式安排案例情境和工作任务难度。先由教师演示,然后师生共同参与演示,最后进阶到学生组内独立演示,每次演示后进行讲评。采用自行编制问卷调查课程效果评价,并对实训课程实施前后两个年级成绩进行比较。结果 2014级学生对进阶式综合模拟实训教学的总体满意的人数占72.6%。2014级学生的内科护理期末考试及格率67.95%,2012级学生的及格率为50.53%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合模拟实训有利于增强学生的学习信心,使其熟悉临床工作流程,巩固所学理论知识,将理论与实践相联系。
Objective To explore the effects of progressive comprehensive simulation training of medical nursing based on working process. Methods Oriented by working process,the difficulty degree of training cases was set higher and higher. Instructors gave demonstrations firstly,and then students and instructors worked together for the cases. Lastly,students gave re-demonstrations by themselves. Comments and suggestions were given after each re- demonstration. The teaching effects were evaluated by the self-developed questionnaire. Scores of two grades were compared before and after the training. Results 72.6% students liked and accepted the progressive comprehensive simulation training. The passing rate of final exam of medical nursing in grade 2014 who had participated in the progressive comprehensive simulation training was 67.95%,while 50.53% in grade 2012 students who had not. Differences between the two groups were statistically significant. Conclusion The progressive comprehensive simula- tion training based on working process could help to enhance students' confidence in learning medical nursing. It is good for them to be more familiar with clinical nursing work and to consolidate their professional knowledge.
