摘要
为防止泵站系统管路局部位置真空破坏,以虹吸式出水流道真空破坏阀的联动控制为研究对象,分析现地手动控制、现地PLC自动控制、现地硬接线自动控制、远程控制等控制方式的可靠性,研究真空破坏阀的联动工作机制。以南水北调来水调入密云水库调蓄工程为例,研究结果表明:通过增加软启柜硬接线、配置电磁阀按钮箱,在正常运行及事故停机时能够有效实现对水泵机组的保护;在停泵运行时,真空破坏阀打开关闭时间确定为10 s。水泵机组启动及事故停机时真空破坏阀的联动控制方案对同类虹吸式工程的设计运行及控制具有参考价值。
For preventing the local vacuum damages in the pumping station pipeline system,the control modes,such as the local manual control,local PLC automatic control,local hard-wired automatic control,remote control,etc.,are analyzed herein by taking the linkage control of the vacuum breaker valves for siphon outlet conduit as the study object,and then the linkage working mechanism of the vacuum breaker valves is studied.In accordance with the actual case of Miyun Reservoir Regulation and Storage Project for Incoming Water from South-to-North Water Diversion Project,the study result shows that the protection of pumping-unit during the normal operation and emergency shutdown can be effectively realized through adding hard wire to the soft starter and arranging push-button box for the solenoid valve,while the time for open and close of the vacuum breaker valve is determined to be 10 s when operation of pump stopping.The scheme for the linkage control of the vacuum breaker valves during the normal operation and emergency shutdown of pumping-unit has a certain reference significance for the design,operation and control of the similar siphon project concerned.
