摘要
指出了随着P2P网络借贷的兴起,在校大学生已成为网络借贷消费市场的重要组成部分,但在校大学生P2P网络借贷恶性案例频频见诸报端,不仅造成了严重的生命安全事故,也造成了经济损失和名誉伤害,并引发社会的广泛热议。通过比较分析在校大学生网络借贷的几宗典型案例,分析了典型案例折射的共性社会问题,并针对问题提出了可行性对策。
With the development of P2 Pnet loan,college students gradually play an important role in net loan market.However,negative news about college students＇ net loan was exposed by media all times,which caused great repercussions among different social classes.The essay intended to analyze some typical cases and put forward some possible measures.
