摘要
在管道运输含蜡原油的过程中,若实际输量低于管道允许的最低安全输量,则会产生凝管的危险。为了保证低输量下输送含蜡原油的安全性与经济性,介绍了4种较常用的低输量输送方式,简述了这些方法的原理,列举了相关研究方法,并对这些方法进行了综合评价,为解决含蜡原油低输量下的安全经济运输问题提供参考。
In the process of transporting the wax crude oil with the pipeline, if the actual transportation capacity was less than the minimum allowable secure transportation capacity, it can cause the danger of pipeline coagulation. At low transportation capacity ,in order to ensure the safety and economy in transporting the waxy crude oil, four common modes under low transporta- tion capacity transporting were introduced, and the principles of these methods were described, further more, relevant study meth- ods were cited, and these methods were comprehensively evaluated, thus providing reference for safe and economic transportation problem of transporting the waxy crude oil in low transmission capacity.
