摘要
通过对广州某三甲医院2006-2010年与2011-2015年两个5年期间科研课题的项目类别、经费、资助强度、课题负责人情况、课题承担科室情况、课题完成情况等方面进行比较与分析,从而揭露科研管理中存在的问题,探讨造成这些问题的原因,进而提出有效的改善对策,促进医院学科建设和人才培养的可持续发展。
This study aims to explore the problems in scientific research management and find the causes of these problems so as to put forward some measures to promote the sustainable development of discipline construction and talent cul- tivation. In order to achieve the goals, we compared two five - year scientific research projects （2006 - 2010 and 2011 - 2015） of the first - class hospital in Guangzhou in respect of the project category, project fund, project leadership, depart- ments responsible for the projects and project completion.
