摘要
目的:观察芪明颗粒联合蝉蚕肾风汤治疗早期糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephropathy,DN)的临床疗效。方法:将92例早期DN患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各46例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,治疗组口服芪明颗粒联合蝉蚕肾风汤。观察两组患者治疗前后糖化血红蛋白(glycosylated hemoglobin,Hb A1c)、尿白蛋白/肌酐比值(ACR)及血清胱抑素c(Cystatin C,Cys c)的变化情况。结果:两组患者治疗后Hb A1c、Cys C及ACR水平均显著低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:芪明颗粒联合蝉蚕肾风汤治疗早期糖尿病肾病有确切疗效,可显著改善患者临床症状。
Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Qiming Granule（ QMG） in combination with Chanchan Shenfeng Decoction（ CCSFD） on early diabetic nephropathy. Methods： Ninety-two patients with early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 46 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given routine Western medicine treatment,while the ones in the treatment group were treated with QMG） in combination with CCSFD. Then the two groups’ glycosylated hemoglobin（ Hb A1c）,ACR and Cys C changes before and after the treatment were observed. Results： After the treatment,the two groups’ Hb A1 c,ACR and Cys C levels were obviously lower than those before the treatment,and the differences between them had statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： QMG in combination with CCSFD has a remarkable clinical curative effect on early diabetic nephropathy,can obviously improve the patient’s clinical symptoms.
