特教教师职业适应现状及与心理弹性关系的实证研究——基于S市特殊教育学校的调查 被引量:13

An Empirical Study of Special Education Teachers' Current Occupational Adaptation and Its Relationship with Their Psychological Resilience——Based on the Investigation into Special Education Schools in S City

摘要 采用自编的《特教教师职业适应问卷》及现有的《心理弹性量表》,对S市17所特殊教育学校286名特殊教育教师的职业适应现状进行调查,并探讨其与心理弹性的关系。结果表明:特殊教育教师在职业适应总量表及各维度上的得分均高于理论中值,在学历、专业、特殊教育教龄、所在学校类型上存在显著差异,在性别上无显著差异;特殊教育教师职业适应各维度与心理弹性各维度之间均存在显著的正相关,心理弹性对特殊教育教师职业适应具有预测作用。基于研究结果,提出重视特殊教育教师心理弹性建设、着重培养特殊教育教师自强和坚韧的品质、建立特殊教育教师资格认证制度之建议。 This study, by using the self-devised Special Education Teachers' Occupational Adaptation Questionnaire, and the existing Resilience Scale to test 286 special education teachers from 17 special education schools in S City, aims to probe into their occupational adaptation and its relationship with their psychological resilience. The results show the following: The special education teachers scored higher in occupational adaptation than their theoretical medians; there was a significant difference in their academic degrees, majors, teaching experience, and special education school types, but no significant difference in gender; there were significantly positive correlations between their occupational adaptation and psychological resilience, and their psychological resihence helped predict their occupational adaptation. In conclusion, the study suggests attaching importance to the development of special education teachers' psychological resilience, fostering their self-reliance and tenacity, and establishing special education teachers' qualification certification system.
