摘要
以磺胺二甲氧嗪(SDM′)为模板分子,三氟甲基丙烯酸(TFMAA)为功能单体,采用沉淀聚合法制备分子印迹聚合物(MIPs),并对其进行了热力学及动力学表征。以MIPs为填料的固相萃取柱对猪肉肌肉样品进行净化,与混合型阳离子交换固相萃取(MCX)柱相比,富集与净化效果更好。建立了测定猪肉中SDM′的MISPE-HPLC方法,方法检出限和定量限分别为3.822μg/kg和7.939μg/kg,双水平加标回收率和精密度分别在82.0%~94.0%和7.5%~10.2%之间。
Molecularly imprinted polymers(MIPs)sulfadimethoxine(SDM′)were prepared via precipitation polymerization with 2-(Trifluoromethyl)acrylic acid as functional monomers,and analyzed by thermodynamics and dynamics methods.A better enrichment and purification effect was showed by solid phase extraction with MIPs than MCX for pork muscle samples.A method which detection limit and quantification limit were 3.822μg/kg and 7.939μg/kg respectively was established to determinate SDM′of pork.Bi-level recoveries and precision were at 82.0%~94.0% and 7.5%~10.2%,respectively.
