摘要
使用化学共沉淀法制备出Dy^(3+)、Sm^(3+)共掺杂CaWO_4荧光粉,X射线衍射结果表明样品为体心四方晶系。荧光光谱显示Dy^(3+)特征发射强度远大于Sm^(3+)特征发射,煅烧温度达到950℃时,Dy^(3+)的特征发射峰强度明显增加。基质与稀土离子之间存在能量传递,Dy^(3+)离子和Sm^(3+)离子之间存在能量传递。
CaWO4∶Dy3+,Sm3+were prepared by co-precipitation method.The results of XRD indicated the phase was cubic.The fluorescence spectra showed that the emission intensity of Dy3+was much higher than that of Sm3+.The emission intensity of Dy3+increased considerably when calcination temperature was 950℃.The energy transfer was observed between the host and rare earth ion.The energy transfer was observed between Dy3+and Sm3+.
