摘要
以十八烷基三甲基氯化铵(OTAC)作为表面改性剂对TiO_2进行表面改性,通过正交试验考察了改性温度、改性时间、改性剂OTAC用量以及反应体系pH值对TiO_2亲油性的影响。对比了改性前后TiO_2样品的物质形态、晶型形貌及颗粒大小。结果表明:当改性温度50℃、改性时间105min、OTAC用量4%(质量分数)、反应体系的pH=7时,所制得的改性TiO_2的吸油值由未改性前的22.00%降低至13.28%,亲油性明显增强。
The surface of TiO2 sample was modified by octadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride(OTAC)to improve its lipophilicity.The influences of modification temperature,modification time,dose of OTAC and pH value on the lipophilicity of TiO2 sample were investigated via orthogonal experiments.The proper modifying conditons was obtained by annlysising crystal structure,morphology and particle size of TiO2 before and after modification.The results showed that the proper modifying conditions were determined as:modification temperature 50℃,modification time 105 min,m(OTAC)∶m(TiO2)=4∶100and pH value of 7.The oil absorption of TiO2 sample decreased from 22.00%to 13.28%,which showed the enhancement of lipophilicity of TiO2 sample.
